CONCERNING
USING PRINT OUT TO COMPLY PROVISION ON THE PROHIBITION/ RESTRICTION FROM INDONESIA NATIONAL SINGLE WINDOW (NSW) PORTAL

In connection with the enactment of the full application (mandatory) of INSW portal in some Customs Offices and to provide uniformity of service associated with the delivery of the print out (hardcopy) to comply provision on the prohibition/restriction, following are as guidelines:

1. That up to now there is a difference adoption by Customs and Excise Officials in charge of checking prohibition/restriction goods on the fulfillment of the required documents in the filing of Notification of Imported Goods (PIB) in the form of import permit of the prohibition/restriction goods from the relevant technical agencies as intended in Attachment I roman I paragraph 7.4.2.4.
Regulation of the Director General of Customs and Excise No. 42/BC/20O8 concerning Implementation Guideline for Releasing Imported Goods For Used as amended by the Regulation of the Director General of Customs and Excise No. P-08/BC/2009 that request original documents from the relevant technical agencies.

2. In connection with the foregoing, in the case of PIB is applied by using INSW portal, permit to import prohibition/restriction goods from the relevant technical agencies can be presented in the form of print out from the INSW portal and do not need to attach the original document.

This was stated to be implemented with full responsibility.
